Frequently Asked Questions

STP Student Tours & Promotions strongly encourages ALL patrons on our events to drink responsibly. Event safety is our number one priority. When participating on our club crawls we strongly encourage the use of public transit or taxis to get home after the event. Remember, that we do not drop you off back at your starting location at the end of the night. You are on your own! If you do plan to consume any alcoholic beverages, Student Tours & Promotions strongly advise ALL partrons to drink responsibly and plan a safe ride home. For more information please contact the Liquor Control and Licensing Branch in your local area.

How do our Mega Club Crawls work? Doors open early at a specific time. Please check your ticket or see our events page for more details. Registration will be open for 45 minutes after the doors open. You should sign in within this time frame. We will be making an announcement as to when the party buses are ready to be boarded outside. Once you hear this announcement you will be asked to exit the first club. There is no preassigned seating, you may board any bus you wish. If you wish to sit with friends on the buse, make sure you board the bus together.  Make sure to have the official StudentTours.com club crawl wristband clearly visible for our staff upon boarding. Once aboard, your party patrol event host or hostess will read you the rules and instructions for the night. You will then be off to your next mystery destination! You will not be returning to your starting location but you will finish downtown.

Do I need I.D. for the club crawl? Definitely yes, keep your ID easily accessible at all times during the Club Crawl; you may be required to show your ID at any time. Most clubs require TWO pieces of identification. International customers MUST have their passports! Licensees reserve the right to refuse entry and or service to anyone who does not produce the local and/or provincial regulations for identification required in your local area; shows signs of intoxication; excessive rowdiness, and/or for other legitimate reasons. Student Tours will not be responsible for customers who are denied entry. For further information please contact the Liquor Control and Licensing Branch in your local area.

I am working on the day of the club crawl, can I still come? Yes, however, we highly recommend that you try and make it as early as possible. You do not want to miss the starting location. However, if this is simply not possible then you may follow these steps:

  1. Buy your ticket;
  2. Give it to your friend to take to the starting location;
  3. Your friend will register your ticket and get your wristband for you;
  4. When you are ready to join the club crawl call your friend to see which club he or she is at;
  5. Your friend can meet you outside of the club to give you your wristband;
  6. You will now be able to board a party bus, and enter the venues

    *Please contact us if you have any further questions:

    Please note we do not offer refunds for partial events due to lateness.

    How long do we stay at each club?
    Approximately 60 minutes, although times vary. There will be the biggest, hottest, craziest party at the last stop to finish the night off!

    What time does the club crawl end at?
    Our party bus transportation usually ends between 8pm and 11pm depending on your city. But don't forget, our party continues at the last stop until midnight. Venue closing times vary from 2am to 4am and you can stay until that time.

    What time should I arrive at my starting venue? You will have 45 minutes to sign in after the starting venue doors opens. If you should arrive late, Student Tours staff will make every effort to accomodate you, but we cannot guarantee your registration.

    I have a large group of friends, how hard will it be to get us all on the same bus?
    It will not be hard at all, most of our party buses hold 48+ passengers, just make sure that all of you leave as a group from your starting point. There is no pre-assigned seating for the party buses, but there are enough seats for everyone. Just load the same bus at the same time.

    Where will I start the club crawl and at what time? Please see the
    event main page for this information. Buses pick you up from whichever starting location you purchased tickets for. You arrive, register, receive your wristband and go inside to enjoy the first venue until the emcee announces buses are there to take you to your second venue.

    Is there any way I can find out which clubs I will be going to? No, each club on your route will be a mystery location. Your party host will call out the next club once your bus departs. Each club will be extremely busy and have its own unique vibe. Due to the size of our events across Canada it is often impossible to predict each route ahead of time as it often depends on which bus you hop on. Rest assured, you will have a great time at the four venues!

    Will a party bus be coming by my school to pick us up?
      No, not this year. Please take public transit or a taxi to your starting location and plan a safe ride home.

    Can I leave my belongings on the bus? Yes, but at your own risk. Student Tours is not repsonsbile for lost or stolen items. Absolutely no valuables should be left on the bus at any time. Often there are other party groups on your bus when you are in the club, so we recommend not leaving anything on board.

    Can I bring alcohol or smoke cigarettes on the bus? No, it's against the law.

    What clubs do we go to? All clubs are mystery venues. We assure you that they are the most popular clubs in your city.

    At the end of the club crawl, do I go back to my starting location? No, once you arrive at the last stop you are on your own. Please take a taxi or public transit.

    Can my friends who are not students come on the club crawl? Yes. As long as they are legal drinking age and purchase a Student Tours club crawl ticket, they are good to go.

    How will I know what bus to get on?
      There is no preassigned seating for any party bus unless you have exclusively booked your own private bus for you and your friends. Essentially, you are allowed to board any party bus you wish, and sit anywhere you like on the bus. However, once you board a party bus you must continue to board that same bus for the entire club crawl. You must also have your wristband visible to security upon boarding any bus or entering any club or you will be denied entry! So grab your friends and hop on a bus together!

    What do you mean by 'Party Bus Transportation'? Big, yellow, school buses. Most of our party buses have incredible sound systems. The party buses will be transporting you and your friends between clubs and are hosted by a Student Tours party patrol host or hostess. The buses are the most fun for many club crawlers.

    Is it ok to tip my bus driver?
      Optional, but if you feel that he or she has given you extraordinary service then that would be nice. Most of the drivers do work hard and do their best to make sure that you get to your next venue safely, and on time. Party Hosts may come through the bus to collect tips for the driver if he or she has been exceptional.

    Will there be drink specials at each club? Yes, there will be some drink specials at most of the stops. Some drink specials at particular clubs will be a better value than other clubs. That's just the way it works! The drinks specials vary from venue to venue and are at the managers discretion.

    Can I choose what clubs I go to?
    No, you don't have a choice as to which night clubs you go to. Don't worry... you will be with lots of other club crawlers, and the venues will be the most popular clubs in your city.

    Can I stay at a club if I really like it there? Can I return to one of the clubs we visited later? Generally no, unless it is the last stop of the night. We schedule specific times and numbers of people for specific venues. Due to capacity and scheduling, you must stay with your group for the night. Plus, you don't want to miss our on all four parties, that's what the club crawl is all about!

    What club will we end up at?
    You will end up downtown. The exact location is kept a mystery.

    What is the age range of people that go on the club crawl?
    On average, legal drinking age to 30 years of age. But generally anyone who likes to have a fun time!

    Are tickets available at the door?
      Usuaully not. We often sell out before event night. We recommend buying your tickets in advance online or at any of our ticket outlets.

    Can I win tickets to the club crawl?
    Some college and university bars/clubs may be giving away promotional tickets. Ask the DJ or Manager at your local campus bar/club. In weeks leading up to our biggest events we often have the Party Patrol out in local clubs with prizes.

    I bought tickets and now I can't go, how do I get a refund?
    Sorry we do not issue refunds, but you can email us info@studenttours.com for a name change to someone else who may go in your place or buy the tickets off you.

    I lost something on one of your tours, who can I contact? Usually calling the venue or bus company is the fastest way to locate an item. If you aren't sure please email us at
